I started babysitting when I was thirteen years old for my church nursery and I have been involved with kids ever since. I have little siblings and have been a steady babysitter in Laramie for a year and a half. I love kids and cannot wait to have them of my own. I took a babysitting course at age 14 and have stayed apart of the nursery at my church back home (my mom runs it, so I am on the rotation more often than not!). When I started high school, a family with a two year old and a newborn baby started mentoring, and I was over at their house every day for several hours helping the mother with the kids and with the house. From sophomore year on, I have babysat those two kids every Tuesday night for several hours, which has given me lots of experience. They Read more are now 5 and 7 years old. I am an Art Major at the University, so arts and crafts are my thing, and I hope to someday teach kindergarten.
