Ghostly Image While Babysitting
Soooo, this is a little creepy.
While babysitting her niece last week, a sitter named Kasey snapped a quick cell phone image of the child. Behind the little girl appeared an older woman’s face — even though Kasey and her niece were completely alone in the house at the time.
“When I first saw the image I jumped out of my skin,” Kasey said on Lite Rock 105’s Jones and Heather in the Morning radio show. “There were no mirrors or television in the room to produce such an image.”
Kasey’s family members think the image could be of her great-grandmother, who passed away in 1990.

What do you think? Ever had anything creepy happen to YOU on a babysitting job?

That is strange! I once babysat for a sweet family in an old house. The front sitting room really creeped me out. Even the dog wouldn’t go in there. I later asked my sister about it, who had also babysat there, and she felt the same way.

I babysat as a teen in a house the garage door kept opening up and down by itself then the hot water in the bathroom sink came on full blast by the time I realized what the noise was and went into the washroom the whole room was filled with steam. I never babysat again after that night.

I had tears in my eyes after reading the text. Thankfully, nothing creepy has happened to me while babysitting. (i’ll write thankfully again)

This is scacry. If it were film I’d say that the film was already exposed so Kasey took a pic atop an already exposed film section.
But since this was a digital pic, who knows.
Sscary.
Call SciFi or Disc channel & ask them 2 investigae Kasey.

When I first saw the picture, I was looking for a more “ghostly” image, like a foggy aura. But this “ghost” is SO clear, so human!
Everyone in the office was a little freaked out by it, but lippysaunt is right — it could be Photoshopped.

Yes! Lord have mercy! I was caring for this sweet little boy not quite one years of age. He had not learned to walk yet but we were encouraging him to get a feel for it by walking behind him and gently holding his hands for support which would be raised up cause he is little. We did this to strengthen the muscles in his legs as well as to get him used to the feeling of walking. I was contracted to be there for a short time but I loved him so much! I took a real interest in his development!
Well, what I noticed was that from time to time he would just look in another direction and then crawl to whatever he thought he saw. He would then just look up and laugh! Well one afternoon he would not take his nap so I let him crawl around his bedroom floor and play with his toys etc to tire him out before reading his favorite stories to him and putting him to bed. Well, while I was getting his books ready and setting up his CD, I heard this stomp stomp stomp and at first I paid no attention but then I thought “what in the world”. I quickly looked up and the baby was walking, hands out stretched as if being lead by something. He was not moving in my direction! It was like something or someone was helping him walk, gently pulling him along. It wasn’t like he was trying it on his own. He was looking straight ahead and was concentrating on who or what was leading him. Then, while he was still looking straight forward he stopped, turned and saw me looking at him and dropped to the floor. I was stunned but then went ahead and applauded him for his effort to make him feel a sense of self worth! He didn’t cry - he started playing again and then we soon read stories there after.
When I put him to bed for his nap that afternoon, I heard footsteps running down the stairs. I quickly picked him up from his bed and went to the bedroom door and cried
“Hello” “Is anybody there?” It was not a burglar cause the doors were locked and it wasn’t his mom or dad because I would have heard them drive off!
Creepy, huh?
I truly believe that God works in mysterious ways! I believe that the Lord has charged angels to look over us and protect us. Children, especially little ones, are very receptive to the spirit world as are animals ie dogs, cats and birds! I have found that if you do not acknowledge the creepy occurrences, they will not bother you! But I don’t know! Many nights when I took care of the child while the parents were away, I would for no reason, get a creepy feeling that put me on edge. Like hairs standing up on the back of your neck. And I will be honest, at night it did bother me! However, God is a God of love - and love conquers all fear! So, what ever your take is on all this, God will take care of you and your little charge! Regarding the picture, it could very well be a loved one who prays and intercedes daily for the family and the life of the little child! And God in His infinite wisdom could have allowed the great grandma an opportunity to visit! Also, phone cameras can pick up weird stuff sometimes! Who knows! Be blessed and feel free to contact me if you need support!

Hollywood’s creeped-out most of us…. who’s afraid of the big-bad wolf, boogie man or woman? We are, if we let them. These things may exist but we forget our own power and more important, God’ s already won so why worry?

This seems to be a photoshop moment!! Even the dress that is hidden behind the girls hair is the same as in that photo of the grandmother shown below. The eyes are looking in excactly the same direction as that photo — everything is the same. Seems to me that all they did was photoshop out the glasses, then superimpose the girls picture on top. This little slight of digital hand is simple to do. I believe in guardian angels, spirits and ghosts as much as the rest, but this one looks pretty obviously doctored to me.

I don’t know. She seems to be looking more toward the camera than in the other picture… anything is possible.

I don’t think it’s photo shopped. She is wearing glasses in kitchen picture and her robe is slightly lowered on her shoulder in the kitchen picture to. I mean can you really do so much with Photoshop?? It’s to bad we can’t see it side to side. I don’t know maybe someone can try and see if they can do it. But I think it is real. I do believe in ghosts and spirits.
God Bless.

TO ICAPRETTO: fogginess and blurriness is a stereotype of what ghosts look like. Heaven did not mandate that ghosts must look a certain way; therefore there’s a huge possibility that the picture of the old lady behind the little girl is real. After all, the world is so deep that we cannot have an explanation or definition for every act that takes place. Believe it or not people, ghosts are very real!
TO MSJANE: I agree with you all the way..if you believe in God and put your trust and belief in him 100%, then you shouldn’t worry about such things.
