		<description>That is the first I've heard of this, and I am horrified. There really is no such thing as 'disposable pets.' I cannot imagine the abuse these poor animals suffer. I am glad Boston is blocking FP from setting up business there. I hope someone realises and does that here, where I live, too. Using this idea for a potential adoption is a very poor one. If people really want a pet, they need go no further than the local animal shelter, where the animals are usually treated well and get good families. The animals at the shelters somehow know that they have been rescued and usually make excellent pets.</description>
