Posting a video on your profile is like a pre-interview, and it can really speed up the screening process. Whether you sit in front of a camera and talk about your experience, or put together a whole production of yourself lip synching your favorite song as you pick up toys and pack your sitter bag o' tricks, this is your opportunity to give other users a glimpse into your unique personality. Get creative and have fun -- but don't violate our Terms of Use!

Once you've filmed yourself, download your video onto your computer -- either through a USB connection or by inserting your recorded DVD into your computer's DVD drive -- then save the video in a format that YouTube can accept and upload it to YouTube.

After you have uploaded it, take the URL and paste it in the blank video field that appears when you click Profile Pictures & Video when editing any of your care-specific profiles.
