Sittercity.com email is an email system created for all users who create an account with us. Essentially, it's a way to keep your personal email private.

Even though you provide us with your personal email when you create your profile, Sittercity assigns you an email address of username@users.sittercity.com. This Sittercity email is the one that will appear on your profile. So when someone sends you a message, it goes through Sittercity and we forward it to your personal account without revealing your personal email address to the sender.

You can also read your Sittercity email through your account by logging in to your My Sittercity dashboard. (A great way to make sure your Sittercity messages don't get lost in the shuffle of personal emails.)
