How can I change my username or password?

Caregivers: To change your username and/or password, log in to your My Sittercity dashboard and click Manage My Account next to your photo. From there, click Password. Pretty simple!


Care seekers: You may change your password the same way caregivers do, but your username is pretty much set, so that we can keep track of all things related to your account, especially your secure financial information. If you feel it's absolutely necessary to change your username, please email Customer Service at support@sittercity.com with your current username as well as three usernames you'd be happy to change it to (in case your first choice is taken).
