I am having trouble finding sitters. What can I do?
Back to helpThe best way to find caregivers is to post a job and let them find you. We know it's a little counterintuitive, but it works! This way, caregivers who are actively seeking job opportunities will come to you with a summary of their strengths and how they're a good fit for your family. Even better, your job posting will be included in a daily email list to our caregivers. Talk about high visibility.
If you've been trying to search for sitters with little luck, try conducting a standard search instead of a refined/detailed one. This way, you'll see ALL of the sitters in your area -- thousands, in many cases.
Also, make sure you fill out your profile in great detail. Caregivers want to know a little bit about you before they apply to your job. Try to infuse some personality into it, post a picture or two, be sure to tell a bit about your family and -- most importantly -- make sure you've included accurate contact information.
