Absolutely. Whether you feel the need to defend yourself, dispute the review or say a simple thanks to the reviewer, you can always post a response to a review from another Sittercity member.

After you've logged in to your My Sittercity dashboard, click Manage My Account near your photo. From there, click Reviews and select Reviews You've Received. Any reviews that have been written about you will appear here, along with a link to compose a response to the feedback. Your response will be public for all Sittercity members to see when they click your profile.
