As a parent, how do I add another region or ZIP code to my account?

Each Sittercity account comes with two free ZIP codes, so the first thing you should do is check to see if you're making use of both locations. To do this, log in to your My Sittercity Dashboard, click Manage My Account next to your picture and click Locations & ZIP Codes.

If you only have one primary ZIP code listed, add another for free! Once created, those free ZIP codes "lock" for six months but may be edited again after that period.

If your primary ZIP codes are full and you can't wait the six months to edit them, you can easily purchase a new ZIP code. This ZIP code will never unlock, and there is no limit to how many additional ZIP codes you purchase.
