I am having trouble logging in or registering. What can I do?

We have several solutions for you, depending on the type of trouble you're running into.

  • If you are having trouble registering and receiving an error code, call us right away (888.SIT.CITY or 888.748.2489) and we will assist you with registration.
  • If the site says that your username/email or password is incorrect, click the "Forget your password?" link underneath the log-in fields on the homepage. If you're still having problems, contact Customer Service and they'll be able to help.
If you receive a message saying that your account has expired, you probably need to update your credit card information. Contact us (888.SIT.CITY) if that's the case.
