Why do I need to unlock phone numbers in the profile?
Back to helpQuite simply, it's for members' own protection that we require you to unlock phone numbers in order to view them. (This allows us to track member complaints and conduct investigations if necessary.) Unlocking phone numbers also helps us track each time a number is viewed so that we can determine which of our contact channels (email? Phone?) are most effective, so we can continue to improve our services.
