Our sitters and caregivers are great. In fact, Sittercity is the best online site for finding quality sitters, hands down. While we wouldn't dream of taking credit for their skills, talents and training, we do have certain steps in place to help ensure that members find the best caregivers online.

• All of our caregivers are over the age of 18. Sittercity's dedicated quality assurance department does random spot checks to make sure that all caregivers are of age. Others are immediately removed.
  

• We "rank" our caregivers electronically. Those who have background checks, great feedback and multiple certifications always appear at the top of your searches. You'll see the best of the best each time.
  

• Sittercity's thorough four-step screening process walks you through the hiring process, showing you how to check online reviews, conduct an interview, check references and review (or run) background checks to help ensure that you pick not just a quality sitter, but the best match for your family.
