Open = The job has been posted and is visible to other members on the site.

Draft = The job is not yet visible to other members on the site, though it is still saved in your jobs list.

Expired = The job has expired and is no longer visible to other members on the site. (You may reopen expired jobs at any time.)

Closed = The job, expired or not, is no longer visible to other members on the site because you have taken action to close/remove it. (The only difference between closed and expired is that expiring happens automatically.)
