I relocated to Pasadena from CT several months ago, to be here in CA with family.  I am actively seeking work as a clinical social worker, and had previously worked for eight years in an outpatient clinic with children and adolescents.  I have had background checks done in CT and now in California, and have been fingerprinted as a requirement of the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences for seeking work with children and families.  In the meantime, however, I would love opportunities to be working as a housesitter/caregiver/housekeeper, and can provide excellent references that will ensure I am reliable, honest and trustworthy.  I have cared for infants, young children, and adolescents, and enjoy activities such as games, reading, art/music projects, and outdoor activities as much as possible.  I have been CPR certified in the past, but do not have a current certification.  I am comfortable working with special needs children, and have worked extensively with children taking prescribed medications.  I believe it is important to have a safe, nurturing environment in which to live and be comfortable, which includes physical cleanliness and organization of the living space, and fun, creative outlets for children.
