Hello, my name is Jeanne Ladouceur. I am from, and live in Dedham Ma.  I am looking to become a nanny in California, hoping to start in september. I just recently came back from a trip to California, and fell in love with it. I love working with kids and thought, why not do what I love and be able to experience living in a different state? I am currently working at a afterschool program. I work with Kindergartners and 1st graders, I have worked with many different age groups ranging from infants - 5th grade. I have been working in childcare since I was 13, when I started babysitting the neighborhood kids.

I still babysit for families on occasion on a w-end and weeknights, the ages can range from infants up to school aged children. I feel comfortable with any age and I have babysat up to 5 children.

I feel communication is key between the parent and childcare provider.  Working at daycares and other programs, have taught me to work with parents as a team, and listen to what they want for there children and what there goals are. Then, I provide that as best I can.

I like to keep the childs day structured and have a routine. I love to play games and sports. Love making crafts and reading stories. I am a fun-loving and a humorous person. I think the reason I respond to children so well, is because I am a big kid myself! :)
