Hi! My name is Brettney and I am a 22 year old student studying Child and Family Development at San Diego State University. I have always loved working with children and have been given wonderful opportunities to work with children of all ages. I am currently going to school to become a preschool director and I have worked professionally as a teacher for toddlers and preschool-aged children, as well as a tutor for children in grades K-12 in both school and home settings.

Though I have never been a nanny before, I am excited to make the transition from working with multiple children and their families to focusing on just one. I believe in developing the whole child and have a lot of experience creating hands-on activities that are both fun and educational. Family culture and rules are very important to me. I have experience caring for a classroom of over 20 children with varying needs and personalities, and I make it a goal to build strong relationships with each and every one of them. I would like to find a family that will welcome me into their home and allow me to build a relationship with their child(ren) as well as their family.
