I have worked fulltime with children for the past 4 years. I have worked one on one with kids as an aid in a classroom setting and at home as a nanny, babysitter and tutor. I am a trained Behavioral Interventionist (BII) so am very skilled at motivating children to complete homework and other tasks. I am patient, nurturing, fun and love inspiring kids to reach new heights. I'm happy playing at home with kids (games, singing songs, reading) or taking them to the park, swimming, the Science Center, or any other outing. They won't be watching TV when they're with me!

I am currently babysitting for a 2 year old boy whose mother has decided to stop working and become a fulltime Mom so I am looking for more opportunities. I nannied for a little boy for 2 years from the ages of 3-5. 

I have nannied fulltime and part time for families which involved picking kids up from school, taking to activities, helping with homework and chores and preparing meals. I received a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Theatre from the University of Surrey (UK). I have excellent references and am happy to provide letters or contact information. I used to be a swimming instructor and lifeguard and have a current CPR Certification. 

I have 4 years experience as a Behavioral Therapist (BII) and worked 32 hours a week for 2 years with the same child. I have also provided therapy for children from the age of 2-13 at home and in school. I enjoy my work thoroughly and connect with kids through educational play.

Training: Trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), Floortime, Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Social Skills, and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with CPI, CPR Certification. 

I have excellent references, a flexible schedule and am open to on going or short term jobs.
