This is a recommendation letter from my previous employer:

We are thrilled to recommend Manlieu to be your child’s nanny. Man cared for our children for three years, from infancy until they went to preschool. It is impossible to capture in one letter all that Man has contributed to our family. Her most salient traits are her unflagging positive energy and the motherly love she showered on our children. She arrived at our home on time every morning, and she always had a smile on her face and a warm greeting.  On Monday mornings she told the children how much she missed them over the weekend. She took them to parks and activities in her minivan, and she has a spotless driving record.

We allowed Man to take our children to her nearby home, where they have became part of her own family. (Her youngest child is 6.) She cooked Thai food for them and they learned to love her Laotian culture. Her husband, who is from Honduras, spoke to our children in Spanish. We are so pleased that our children were exposed to multiculturalism at such a young age.

Man is dependable and professional. In addition to raising her own children, she has years of experience as a nanny and uses good judgment when the children are sick or get injured. She is resourceful and a good decision maker. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
