Hello! My name is Brittany Peare. I am 25 years old and grew up in Yuma, Arizona. I come from a wonderful family of 4 children. Our parents taught us the value of education and strong moral values from a very young age. We learned to take care of each other and household duties with joy. When I wasn't fulfilling family responsibilities, I often babysat other children in our neighborhood. I learned from a young age how to manage children, educate them, cook, clean, and be dependable, safe, and responsible. I also learned how to have fun and create positive and creative recreational activities that promoted growth and education for the children I cared for.

I received my post high school education at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, where I earned my Asscociates Degree in Musical Theatre. I supplemented my required courses with many additional classes, such as Elementary Education, Special Education, various Health/Nutrition courses, Interpersonal Communication, Marriage and Family, and many others. This diversity of education provided me with many tools to teach, communicate, and care for children effectively. I value education very highly and did well in all my schooling endeavors, receiving a 3.9 GPA.

What kind of hobbies do you have?

The hobbies I am most passionate about are singing, dancing, acting, reading, exercise, cooking, and learning. I have spent countless hours of my spare time taking part in various vocal groups, or performing as solo entertainment. I love to sing! I am a self taught artist and created a small side job doing voice lessons for children and teens I also had a great opportunity being a camp director for a musical theatre camp in my hometown last summer. My hobbies have helped me learn how to positively influence others, taught me a lot of self-discipline, and have been the source of so much personal joy.

What activities do you like to do with children?

I love to read to children, tell them stories, sing to them, and watch them drift into peaceful sleep. I love going to the park and playing games. There are few things more entertaining to me than teaching children how to cook. I love it! I also love going on walks, bike rides, making up dances, playing "house", "cars", or anything else their little imaginations come up with. In short, any activity done in the company of children is exciting and fun to me.
