I am writing to you because I am very interested in your position as a nanny. Here's a background of my work with children and why I love nurturing, playing and growing with them:
Three years ago I graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Theater Arts. Here are a few examples of the work I have done in the past. Please feel free to contact me for more information or questions. For two years I worked 30 hours a week as a teacher with Gymboree Play & Learn. I taught nine different classes (newborn to five years) and educate new parents on the health and learning development of their little ones. So I have lots of experience with newborns and toddlers.
Just to let you know I have just returned to Bay Area after a national tour where I performed as an actor in a children's theater company. To be honest with you I am looking for a work commitment as a nanny and I'd be willing to work out a great deal. I can e-mail my full resume and work references as well.
