I have been working with children for many years now in many capacities from nanny to teacher to principal of a school. I love to work with children of all ages and am highly sensitive to their needs. I hold a Master's degree in education and am able to bring experience, knowledge and love for your children. I believe that children are not less worthy of respect than adults, they are merely less experienced. They should alway be treated as whole, complete individuals with feelings and thoughts of their own. Often they just seek acknowledgement and understanding of who they are and encouragement to fully experess their gifts and talents.
