Nannying usually entails long hours of childcare, however, I like to make it as fun and enjoyable for the children as possible. I am a good cook (I have taken a couple of culinary classes) and like to make sure the children eat healthfully. I am very organized and can help out with housekeeping once the children have been put to bed. I have my own transportation and a free schedule during the summer, which means I could nanny full-time. I can continue as a part-time nanny in the fall once I return to UConn.

I have nannied for a few families in the past 3 years. Usually I watch 1 or 2 children, but I have watched as many as 4 for longer periods of time (at least 5 hours, ranging up to 11 hours per day).
