I'm a super fun 20-year-old who has a huge passion for kids! I've traveled to Uganda and the Dominican Republic teaching English in primary schools, and am also a passionate musical theater and dance teacher! I've been taking care of kids for the past 8 years, and have loved every minute! When I am taking care of a child, I make sure they are taught just how incredibly valuable, special, and amazing they are; and do everything I can to instill confidence into them. Some of my favorite things to do with kids are: what they love! I love finding out what kids are interested in, getting involved, and encouraging them to dream! My childcare style has to do entirely with making sure the child knows they are cared for, safe, and special. It is my absolute passion in life to allow children to know their freedoms, worth, and instill confidence into them. I do not punish, I believe in discipline; punishment looks on past actions and children need to know that their past does not dictate their future. Rather, discipline gives them a choice to believe in what is amazing about them, and to see that they have an amazing future and that they are way too awesome to be acting a certain. I believe in giving children choices, leading them towards the right decision. I teach children about respecting and believing in themselves, and in respecting others!
