I have excellent written references:
Dear Sir or Madame,
It is my pleasure to recommend Michaela Delgado as a nanny. I worked as a House
Manager for a family in Coral Gables, FL which was in need of a full time nanny
to assist with their two children (ages of 6 months and two years old). After
interviewing several nannies, I hired Michaela as the full time nanny. Her warm
and loving nature, energy, attentiveness, and sincerity made her an easy choice.
Michaela worked under my supervision from 11/09 to 9/10 at which time I
resigned. She was still employed at the residence when I left.
Michaela performed above and beyond all my expectations. Her interaction with
the children was excellent. She made a point of being constructive and
entertaining when interacting with the children, from teaching mannerisms to the
two-year-old to teaching colors to the infant. The children always looked
forward to her arrival and enjoyed every moment of her presence.
I cannot speak highly enough of Michaela. I would hire her again without
hesitation. She is truly a model nanny as well as an overall outstanding
individual. Any family who hires her services is very fortunate.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for a more thorough
reference.
Sincerely,
Lance M. Ryona

Dear Sir or Madam,
It is my great pleasure to recommend Michaela Delgado as a nanny. She cared for my two children from January 2007 until they reached school age in August of 2008.
While employed as our live-in nanny, Michaela was very polite, respectful, and cheerful. She was wonderful with the children, always providing education and entertainment for them. She took initiative to help with household chores and meals though this was not her responsibility.
Michaela is bright, reliable, and clearly has a natural affinity toward children. She related to the children in such a delightful way, turning practically everything into a fun game. Michaela knows how to structure time well, but is also flexible. She fostered a respectful attitude, cleanliness, and responsibility. Her approach to childcare complemented my parenting well, as she respected my personal philosophies while being confident enough to independently make day-to-day decisions regarding the children.
We feel fortunate to have had Michaela in our home. I am convinced that my children owe much of their positive development to her presence. We maintain contact and frequently visit Michaela as we consider her a friend. The parents from our neighborhood also frequently inquire about Michaela, a testament to her like-ability and positive nature.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to hear more about my experiences with Michaela.
Sincerely yours,
Joseph Van Camp
