Susan Valentine has been with our family for approximately five months. In that time, she has made such a positive impact on our family. She is a natural with children and my three adore her. She is also the most professional child care provider I have ever had. Susan has assisted me by keeping my children engaged in positive, healthy, creative play while I work from home. She reinforces the values I expect from my children, such as good manners. She has also taken it upon herself to help get them organized and be better at performing the duties expected and needed of them. Susan has also helped me in taking things upon herself that I never requested, such as laundry, organizing the play area, changing sheets, and even dinner prep work. Susan’s approach to her career is to make her client’s lives easier and more manageable, which she has done, and we are so appreciative of it.
