I am a mother of a 17 year old boy and 6 year old girl.  Over the years since a teen, I have had many babysitting jobs.  In the past 6 years, I have dedicated my career choice to childcare.  I wanted to keep my daughter out of the daycare setting, and when she became old enough for school, I continued on with a nanny position.  I recently ended a 3 year nanny position with a family.  My philosophy on being a chidcare provider is that I am a major influence on the lives of the children, I will give them my best at all times.  My philosophy on discipline is that the most major discipline needs are to be provided by a childs parents only, it would be my job to enforce time out, or advising the parents of any discipline problems that occured.  There is nothing as important to us as our children, all parents will seek the best care for them as possible, I can provide just that.  You will notice that my rate of desired pay is listed as $1.00 per hour, this is because my rates are very negotiable depending on the position.  ** Thank you in advance for your consideration**
