Alicja H. Nanny in Bartlett, IL 60103. Looking for work as a live out nanny.

I am a former teacher with 8 years experience in teaching, four years work with Special Needs children, 9 years experience as a nanny.
I became a nanny because I prefer individual contact with children, I find it much more rewarding. I discovered that teaching in larger groups was only a pathway which lead me to my calling: becoming the most loving, caring nanny, who devotes her heart, intellect and total attention to one or two children at the time. I am honest, caring and well organized looking for family which appreciates the best childcare one could find.
In my opinion the most important thing in raising children is love, care, consistency and routine based on loving discipline, ( I'm strong opponent of raising voice). Childcare should involve planned, organized days full of activities and fun. My priority as a nanny is to be an extension of parent's philosophy, to teach children proper behavior based on ethics and morality. If parents are interested I would be able to provide intellectual stimulation using early childhood development method by Dr Doman.
I feel that every child is a unique individual and with love and care in our hearts we can raise awesome human beings.
