Hello!
My name is Kathryn and I am currently looking for a full-time nannying position. Over the past 5 years, I have taught second grade in Uptown. I am looking to start my masters soon and would love the opportunity to nanny for a great family!
I have nannied/babysat for various families around Chicago during the summer months, after school, and on the weekends. A few of the families even had 3 young children under the ages of 3! I truly love spending time with kids and planning fun activities! I love exploring the parks and museums that Chicago has to offer. I also enjoy planning crafts and reading children's books! It is important for me to get to know your child and plan activities according to his or her preferences!
I love working with other people! I will do my best to make sure that your child/children are safe and happy! I think it is key to have consistency and a schedule. I always like some fun surprises as well to make kids feel special;) I am open to suggestions on how to be a better caregiver!
