Hi! I am a graduate of Northwestern University and an Evans Scholar with a heart for kids! I have a masters in Biology and am starting my masters in Nutrition at UIC. I am very active...an avid bike rider! I strongly value education, exploration, and kindness, all qualities that I seek to cultivate in the children I care for. EXPERIENCE

I have many years of experience with kids, not only as a babysitter, but also as a camp counselor for children with Muscular Dystrophy, a grade school and junior high tutor, a special olympics coach and tutor, and college peer advisor. My favorite things to do with kids are baking, going on fieldtrips, reading, and anything that keeps them safe, learning, and having fun! I also love sharing my Spanish skills and am a dog lover!

SWIM LESSONS

I am currently a certified children's swim instructor and provide private and group swim lessons at clubs in the West Loop, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and Evanston. If you are interested in children's swim lessons, please contact me. 

AVAILABILITY

I am currently available on an evenings/date nights basis. Occasionally I can do other random day-time hours.  

My emphasis is learning through interaction with children. This means I love field trips and educational games! I am very active and caring and seek families with those same values. I love to schedule trips to Chicago's museums, libraries, beaches, and other great adventures!
