My name is Tierney. I am 19 years old, and have been a certified caregiver for five years now. I was in school for Interior Design in Chicago full-time last year, and will be switching to Public Relations major this fall. As a student, I like to expand my experiences and love to care for children. I have watched all age groups, from newborns to teenagers. I have a Teacup Pomeranian, so I am also more than adequate at pet caregiving as well. I have watched up to six children at once, with the older ones helping out around the house. I am comfortable around all age groups, and especially love babies and younger children. I have slight knowledge in Spanish, but am still learning. I excelled in all school subjects, graduating at the top of my class. Math is my favorite subject, and I love helping teach all subjects. As a caregiver, I like to keep a well-rounded philosophy. The rules of the house stay in place while I am in charge, just like if the parents were still there. I like to take the kids outside to play if given the opportunity, and love to play any games the kids want to play. I am very active and in shape, so keeping up is no problem! I only recently started nannying, but absolutely love it!!! I was a nanny for 8 months for my cousin, being a pretty much full-time babysitter.
