Hi! I'm Iggy. I have 6 years of experience working with youth in professional environments. During the school year, I am a high school paraeducator. I'm a certified lifeguard, CPR/first-aid trained, and I have my youth mental health first aid certification. I have experience with ages 1-18, and have experience working with children with mental and physical disabilities. My favorite part of working with kids is helping them embrace their creativity and curiosity. I love finding what kiddos love to do and supporting them in it, whether it's building a pillow fort, reading aloud together, or playing outside. Let me start by saying that I am available immediately. I am retired and find I have way too much time on my hands.  I wanted to do something to fill some of the time so I decided I would like to start watching children for people that need a dependable and caring person while they work outside of the home.  I know for a fact that it is a huge relief just knowing when you work outside of the home and you have someone there that is watching over your little ones that is dependable and caring -- that can mean everything.  I have raised 2 daughters and have cared for my 6 grandchildren throughout their years of growing.  When I'm not caring for your children I like to be with my grandchildren as much as possible and go to their sporting events. Spending time with family is very important to me. My preference would probably be to care for children 3 and over. I look forward to being able to come into your home and care for your children while they are in my care. I will do my best to be someone they look forward to seeing when I'm there. .

Hi! My name is Katya and I'm a sophomore at UIUC. I'm majoring in Cognitive Neuroscience in Psychology and minoring in Ecology and Wildlife Conservation. I'm a super social person and I love to do anything creative. I have a car on campus and I have experience in driving kids to activities, coaching gymnastics, and babysitting. I began working with kids when I was a gymnast on my high school team. Throughout the year we had a program called Junior Wildkits where I worked to help coach younger kids.
