Since i was younger I've always loved working with children. Starting in 5th grade I would always help in my church's nursery and children's church. Even though this would only be for about 1-2 hours at a time, it gave me a lot of experiencing in dealing with different chilren in large numbers. As one of 6 children in my family, I've always been surrounded by family and I now have a niece and nephew thay I love to watch and take care of. 

I've always babysat for various families in my hometown and since I've lived in Indianapolis, but my most consistent "nannying" job is with a family from home. I started with individual nights at the beginning, but since then I've babysat them for a whole weekend, and a whole week at one point. They are a family of 4 children, two boys and two girls between the ages of 7 and 12. 

I've also help a two families in Indianapolis just on individual nights who have babies and toddlers and I'm definitely comfortable with small children. 

My best asset is the fact that I'm an education major. I've been working with students and children in schools, and feel that this experience will help me in a home
