Hi! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Chrissie, I am 25 years old and studying radiology with distance learning. I am a professional care provider, and have extensive training and experience working for the past 7 years within childcare, developmentally delayed adolescents, and elderly (specializing in Dementia and Alzheimer's). With my experience in childcare, I have had the privilege of working with a very sweet 2 year old little girl. This began from when she was a newborn and continued out for the past 2 years; in whom I had to leave when I moved to Boston, Ma 4 months ago. My primary tasks with her was getting her up in the morning (if not already up),diaper changing, cleanliness, laundry, scheduled bottle feedings, nap times, mealtimes as got older, interaction with toys, colors, numbers, observational learning, congratulating all positive successes, walks through the neighborhood, outings to the playground, and to many other fun establishments directed toward kids. I was an overall comfort to her, and above all always ensured  her safety. When driving with her I always was aware that I was carrying very precious cargo and drove as if I had a car full of extremely fragile glass (to give you more of a picture of how I was with her). Upon moving to Boston I helped a family from West Newton with kids ages 13, 10, and 8 until their after school programs started. I mainly assisted with pick-up from school, driving to after-school activities, helping with homework, meal prep, and kitchen clean-up.  In my experience I have worked hand-in-hand with many different agencies. I do however want to make it clear that I seek to provide childcare specifically and am not interested in having that deviate toward household cleaning at all. I have a strong client base of references, and am looking forward to helping another family!
