My passion has always been, taking care of other's even at a young age. I'm experienced with infants,toddlers,youth,teenager's. Also special need's children. I've worked in a foster care home, group home's and etc. I've supervised and monitor the safety of children. Prep meals and organized mealtimes, snacks for children. Keep records of children's progress, routines and interested. Help children keep a good hygiene. Administer medications, healthcare treatments, Housekeeping, transporting, prep food according to nutrition. Coordinator for arts and crafts and tutoring skills. Also the ability to supervise 5 or more children.

I am simply looking to provide affordable childcare for families and help pay my own bills at the same time. I have several years of experience working with kids with 5 years as a babysitter, 1 year as a teaching assistant, and 1 year working at an in-home daycare. In my current job, I work closely with kids/families and am well educated on practices of safe sleep, first aid, and CPR. As the oldest sibling and cousin, caring for kids has always been part of my life. I took a babysitting basics class at 13 where I learned CPR and first aid, then started babysitting for family and friends. In high school, I nannied for a family with 5 kids, ranging from 5-14. I picked them up from school, took them to sports practices, cooked dinner sometimes, and even stayed the night on a few occasions when the parents were out of town. After high school, I worked at two preschool/daycare centers where I was officially certified in CPR and first aid. At these centers, I worked with all age groups, ranging from infant to 4 years. My duties included managing classrooms, creating games and activities, preparing meals, changing many diapers, monitoring blood levels for a diabetic child, and once had to administer an EpiPen to another. At this time, I also studied child development at LCC, which helped me better understand how kids learn and grow. I’m patient, reliable, creative and love creating a safe, fun environment where kids feel comfortable and supported.
