Sarah E. Nanny in Minneapolis, MN 55414. Looking for work as a live out nanny.

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a super nanny. While in college at the Unviersity of Minnesota, I was a nanny for two amazing girls, who are now 9 and 11, in Minneapolis for 2.5 years. After graduating early with a degree in English Literature and Gender Studies, I decided to move to NYC. While in NYC, I continued my nanny career with a wonderful family in the West Village. Though a family emergency required me to move back to MN after a few months, I learned a ton from that position. Once you're a nanny in Manhattan, you can do anything!  I plan to go to grad school in a couple of years to become a school librarian. I'm very passionate about books and their importance in the lives of children. 

Though I wasn't planning on being back in Minneapolis so soon, I'm excited for another summer in this beautiful city. I can't wait to find another awesome family to work with! 

My favorite things to do with my spare time are reading, playing piano, and making crafts. Being active plays a very important role in my everyday life and I am always looking for new ways to have fun and be fit. Volunteering is also very important to me. I taught Sunday School every week for four years in high school and gave my time to being a certified sexual assault crisis hotline advocate during college. 
People tell me that I am a very positive and out-going person and these traits help me be a great sitter. I am also very quick to learn and don't mind being flexible to meet a family's needs.

Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed the challenges and joys of taking care of children. I find it importnat to actively engage with the kids I am caring for to ensure that they have a fun, safe, comfortable, and positive experience with me.
