I love being a nanny because for me, there's no greater joy than making a difference in the lives of children. I feel that being a nanny for a family is both an honor and a privilege, and it's a responsibility I take very seriously. I have now been a Nanny for over 8 years, and it is a career that I feel incredibly blessed to have!

As a Nanny, I pride myself on being responsible, reliable, and flexible to whatever hours the family needs. I believe it is my job to make the family's life easier so that when Mom or Dad is home, the whole family can just enjoy their time together. My experience in the field of education makes me very comfortable working with children as a tutor, with homework, or just to build on basic learning skills (ABC’s, numbers, etc.). Overall, I am very loving and fun, while at the same time consistent and firm with discipline. My Psychology background has been very helpful because I know how important it is for each child to feel valued and unique, and I use positive reinforcement to help foster self-esteem growth and independence.

Currently, I am looking for a full-time Nanny position in Southwest TN or Northwest MS (start date is flexible). I recently welcomed my first child, and since she will be joining me at work, it is important to me to find a family that welcomes additional socialization for their child(ren).
