Growing up my parents both worked demanding jobs. These jobs kept them long after my younger sister and I were out of school. My responsibility was to pick up my sister from the bus, prepare our dinner, and clean up before my parents arrived at home. Although this was demanding at such a young age, I learned what it was like to have real responsibilities and to care for someone other than myself. I grew to love taking care of my baby sister and this lead me to several babysitting positions throughout high school and college. I love being around children and taking care of them, because it reminds me of how I grew up; how much fun it was to help my sister, and how I shaped the person she has become!

I recently graduated from Central Piedmont Community College and currently work for a wonderful family in the South Park area. Unfortunately, they will be traveling most of the summer and so I am looking for a part time nanny position for the summer. My current responsibilities include, picking the kids up, light housekeeping during the week, laundry, dishes, cooking, managing play dates, and whatever else the family may need (running errands, grocery shopping, etc.).
