 Hi! My name is Emily Roberts.  I’m a 29 years old, non-smoker, who loves all kinds of animals. I have reliable transportation, lincenced, and insured. I am a Mother of 2.  My daughter is 10 and my son is 11 months old. 

I have been a teacher in a 5 star childcare center and have 10 years nanny experiences.   I love teaching but really enjoy the one-on-one time you get with the children and they learn so much faster that way.  I believe children need lots of love and attention, which you just can’t give them in a childcare center.  Ratios are too high to allow for that, and that is what I miss the most. 

I will teach, love and provide a healthy / safe learning environment for your children as I would my own children.  I believe that a child learns best when you make it fun and interact with them at their level.  Daily activities will be planned (and not in front of the TV) to include but not limited to: reading books, singing song, taking walks, outdoor play, art/crafts and preparing healthy meals. 

I don’t mind helping out with light housekeeping either.

I consider myself to be caring, patience, creative, reliable, self starter, and energetic.  I love reading, going swimming, taking walks and most of all, spending time with my family.
