Please allow me to introduce myself as Wetisby. Through out my life I have been asked to care for a baby, children or teenager, even plants or pets,  and I didn't know it was called: Nannying. I learned how to do this in my adolescence, twenties and thirties. Sometimes in the Summer I would live with the person in need, or all through the year, and found the learning experiences unforgettable. I don't have children, despite adoring them. I knew on a factual basis just how much very detailed work, love, time, care and engagement it takes to properly ensure their excellent being.  It served me well in the professional world, as it is great training for written and verbal in depth reporting, as well as being and integral part of the 24/7 development and growth of a family.  Also, an added level of wonder and joy, includes various plants and pets too. 

I am of the nature to excitedly share the analytical, nuances and facts of the progressive journeys. Hence, becoming and integral force in the development and healthy flow of energies in families, is a skill that I glady own and nurture. The core principles work even if your family consists of one or two, human or pet. For me,  it really is core and crucial to make sure that the myriad energies are healthy, growing and strong.  In humility, that is where my skill set is best placed for launching and sharing.

I am comfortable in all age and cognitive/behavioral genres. I don't live with prejudgments based on anomolies. However, I like it best when all are able to communicate  and learn on the level that is attainable for all to comprehend. Understanding is eternal health, I think in every situation, which alleviates the volumes of lost time in not understanding.
