I worked as a nursing assistant in Bayley Seton hospital in Staten Island where i rotated from the general, geriatric and maternity wards assisting patients with activities of daily living, recording patients vital signs and updating records, making beds, preparing patients for proceedures, offering support to patients and their families.

I have been working as a nanny for 15 years, i am also certified in infant and toddler care for 8 years. I have cared for newborn babies directly from the hospital up to the age of 4, 5 & 6 years old respectively. I have cared for sick and premature babies.  I am very steady, loving, capable, nurturing and  reliable.

  I have hands on experience with sterilization, cord care, crib safety, prevention of SIDS, preparation of bottles, mixing formula or breast in bottle, handling & storing breast milk,  post partum care support, diapering, bathing, dressing, nursery setup/organize, scheduling, health monitoring, keeping nursery & household inventory, routine development and much more.

 I have worked in capacities of a nanny and housekeeper by running errands, vacuuming, dusting and mopping, household laundry, grocery shopping, household inventories, cooking meals and much more.   I  am energetic, organized, motivated and detail oriented individual, I love to keep moving and very good at communicating.

I have experience in children/infants with acid reflux, respiratory infections, colic, aspergers and more as i work in this field i see different things that offers me a chance to keep learning.

 I  love engaging and stimulating children by talking, singing and reading nursery rhymes and story books to them, making flash cards, or utilizing board books, arts & crafts, playing peekaboo, kitchen, house, make believe, making up music and dancing, going to the library, parks, museum, play groups, taking walks, plan and take them to playdates. I always keep a vigilant eye when we are out to be sure they are safe.
