Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Mia, and I’ve been doing nanny work for five years. Before I started work as a nanny I took care of my younger siblings whenever my parents went out. In high school I entered into a work-study program, half of my day was spent in classes and the other half in an elementary school as a teacher’s assistant.

My friends and family have always told me that I should do something involving children. The reason for them saying this is because I take pride in making sure kids are influenced in a positive way. I realize- and not many people do, that children are definitely the future so we have to make sure the correct teaching are instilled in them…things such as, good manners, healthy eating, education, and exercise! That brings me to the next thing, as one of the great nanny’s out here, I usually like to take an hour out of the day to do some kind of physical activity with the little one’s I’m certified in Zumba, so it could be that or something in the park or on the beach in the Hamptons- we’ll make due wherever we are.

 My experience with children is an extensive one; I have never had any parent say bad things about me, if anything I pretty much became one of the family members. All the children I looked after love me dearly. Please, feel free to check my references, and I look forward to working with you
