Growing up in a huge family I've always loved children. Being the "family baby sitter" for over 14 years, and an involved aunt for 18 years, I have experience caring for infants as young as 3 weeks old. I like to keep the kids engaged with music, books, games and age-appropriate crafts.
Professionally, I was a camp counselor for three years, after which I worked as a teacher's assistant for more than six years. I'm a very patient and caring person. I take pleasure in watching children grow and learn, especially if I have had a part in that development.
