I am an active, former college athlete. I have recently relocated to the Columbus area from graduate school. Starting in the fall, I will be attending the Columbus College of Art and Design to recieve my Master of Fine Arts.
I believe that keeping children active both mentally and physically is important in promoting a healthy lifestyle. My experiences as a youth soccer coach have really shown me the benefits or keeping children active, and I have get a great deal of satisfaction from teaching children different aspects of athletics.
I also have had the opportunity to engage my niece and nephew in a few art activities which I feel have been beneficial in their development. As an artist, I strongly believe in the benefits of the creative process, especially at a young age.

I have had experience caring for my niece and nephew. They are 3 and 2 years old respectively. I have done everything with them from just watching them for a few hours to a few over night stays while my sister was traveling for business.
