Hi, I'm Leah. I have been babysitting since I was almost twelve years old. I have watched children from newborn to thirteen years of age and I can watch older if needed. I have babysat anywhere from one to four children. I used to work at a Therapy Center for children with disabilities, mainly autism, so I can watch children with special needs. From 2008-2009 I worked as a respite care provider for a thirteen year old boy with autism. I just graduated from college, majoring in Intervention Specialist (Special Education). I just completed my student teaching, which was in a 4th grade inclusion, co-teaching classroom.

From August to January I was a nanny for 3 girls, ages 6, 2 and 1.

I also used watch a family with a 3 year old boy and 1 year old girl on Wednesdays from 9:30-2. Now I watch them for occasional date nights or as needed days.

I also watch a family with a 3 year old girl and 1 year old girl for occasional date nights or needed nights out.

Both the above families have found me through sittercity and I have been caring for the children since both the 3 year olds were 1 1/2 and I have cared for the 1 year olds since they were newborns.

I am currently a substitute teacher in schools and I am looking for a full time nanny job so I will have a full time job instead of a daily as a sub.
