Hi, my name is Deborah Phillips. I have 25+ years of child care experience. I love children. I have excellent references. I have cared for children on one level or another since I was twelve years old. I have 18 years of full time teaching experience and several years of childcare/Nanny experience. I love to have fun and will do extra activities with your children. I have a fun sense of humor, and I'm a firm but fair disciplinarian. I will easily adapt to your needs and preferences.
