I am looking forward to meeting you and your family! I am a 29-year-old New England Native who has ecently graduated with my Master's in Social Work at Portland State University. I have worked with children for over 12 years, and I am the second-oldest of five siblings, so caring for others is in my nature. I am a licensed teacher. I recently started working as a part-time behavioral specialist for Head Start I am looking for consistent babysitting/nannying to supplement my income, but am only available on certain days/times - please see my availability.
In addition to my nannying experience and my current position at Head Start, I have directed an afterschool program of 150 children, taught 7h grade, was a resident director at an overnight summer program, and directed summer camps. I am directing a day camp this summer at Oregon Episcopal School. I really enjoy children and love craft projects, reading, outside games, swimming, and trips to the zoo, park, library, etc. I also love cooking with kids. I am CPR and first aid certified and have my own car with insurance and a good driving record.
