I was a nanny for 2 years while in high school, and it has been my favorite job to date. I had the opportunity to watch Veronice (ages 7-9) and Hudson (ages 12-14) every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. I spent a great amount of time with this family, and became very attached to the kids; Veronica still calls me, even though I am in college, to ask me when I'm going to come back and be her nanny. Being a nanny is not like a job for me, it was more like a learning experience and I loved my job, although it was hard at times. I have strong maternal instincts, and, altough I am only 19, I am good at managing children. I am fun-loving, so I will always prefer a day at the park over watching a movie or playing video games. I can cook and I do not mind cleaning at all! I have delevoped patience due to my experience nannying Veronica, because she was not always the easiest child to handle. I am not afraid of kids and am not easily intimidated by children/childish behavior. I took my job as a nanny very seriously, and tried to be a mentor and example to the kids as best I could! Veronica and Hudson's parents, Cary and Sallie-Ben, loved me and I have a good relationship with both of them.
