Kimberly K. Nanny in Dallas, TX 75204. Looking for work as a live out nanny.

The only reason Kimberly will not be with us starting in August is because my mom is coming to help. If not, I would keep Kimberly around and be proud that I somehow managed to find the best nanny for my infant. I will be sad when she leaves us because she has been so amazing to our family, and more importantly, my daughter. Whoever gets Kimberly will be SO LUCKY to have her. When Kimberly came into our lives, our infant was only 4 months old. She was also at the age where she was understanding who mommy and daddy were, and more importantly, who strangers were. When I had to start working again, our baby would just cry and cry around anyone else who would take care of her, including her own grandmother! I was convinced that my baby was dealing with separation anxiety and we would just have to hope for the best. The first nanny we hired was in her 60s. She swore that she was great with babies and that they never cried around her. Well, we tried her for 2 days, and after hours and hours of crying, I just had to let her go. We started the nanny interview process all over again, and I’m so glad we did because Kimberly was brought into our lives. When my daughter sees her to this day, she lights up with a huge smile. Kimberly is literally her friend and she loves her. After being our baby’s nanny for 5 weeks now, our baby has not cried once. I am not kidding you. Not even once. Maybe a little fussiness because she is tired, but Kimberly is like a baby whisperer and gets her to go to sleep. Here are things I have noticed over the past 5 weeks that I love about Kimberly: • She gets down on the floor and plays with the baby, all day (and my baby loves her for this) • She helped her master rolling over • Now she supports her to help her stand and even walks around with her • She describes colors and objects to her • She has her feeding/sleeping/diaper changes down better than I do! (she also logs this into a computer system that syncs with my iPhone called BabyConnect) • She is consistently early and will stay late if you need her • Does light housework when the baby is asleep (dishes, vacuuming, wiping counters, tidying up, etc) • She walks my 70 lb dog (who loves her too) All I can say is that I trust Kimberly with our baby more than I do with members of our own family. I have to travel for work and I do not feel nervous at all to leave my baby with Kimberly all day. In fact I feel even better that my baby gets to play with her friend all day. As a new mom, you cannot put a price on the comfort level you feel when leaving your baby with a caregiver. If you want someone that your baby will love to play with, that is great at putting her to sleep and just gives off a good vibe to your baby, that is Kimberly. Her natural ability to care for a baby is something you don’t earn with having more years of experience, it is just engrained in her. - Elizabeth W.
