I am a former special education teacher, with training in positive behavior support and years of experience working with children with varying special needs such as ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and behavioral difficulties.
I am single with no pets or children. However, I love working with children. I spent six months nannying for an infant during the first six months of her life, and it was amazing watching her learn and grow. I am currently looking for a full-time, live-out, nanny position for one, two, or three young children or infants.
My childcare philosophy is that children must always be treated kindly and positively. I believe that children should be encouraged to embrace their individuality and curiosity. I believe in consistency and honesty and teaching children to value all people equally.
