 Hello! My name is Stefanie Lia Gardenhire. I currently live in Echo Park/Silverlake, an area near downtown Los Angeles, close to many major freeways! I have lived in Los Angeles for almost 8 years. I have lived all over Los Angeles, finally settling down in my current home for the past year and half. I came to Los Angeles immediately after graduating high school up in Lodi, CA. (About 6 hours North of L.A.) I came here to study Fashion Design, and I currently work as a freelancer in the costume department in the film industry. I also am currently taking tailoring classes to obtain a Tailoring Certificate. My passion outside of pet care is sewing and creating garments.

Growing up, I had many pets, such as hamsters, fish, cats, and dogs. The longest pet that I had though was Coco, a dog. She grew up with me and family and taught me how to care for dogs. I currently own a female American Bull Pit/Terrier, Matilda. She was rescued from an organization called Ace of Hearts, and I then adopted her. She has taught me a lot, and my patience has grown quite a bit! She has a lot of energy, so we go on walks/jogs/hikes every day. I also used to own 2 parakeets, and have had a lot of experience with cats. I am very caring and consider all of my pets a part of my family, as well as your pets a part of your family. My care for them is equal to my care and concern for a family member. I don’t have a lot of experience caring for other pets, but am confident and sure that my experience with my own pets will help me take care of your pet/pets!
